Holy shit I asked my dad who’s a physics teacher and he just looked at me, looked at the table, looked at me, tried not to smile, looked angry, and started to look up where you can buy big mirrors.

if you built the mirror box, and put a tiny enough camera into one corner (like, a pinhole one, I’m betting all you’d see is the color silver… assuming you also had a light source.  that and the corner seams.

Pretty sure this is the physics equivalent to the philosophy question “if a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound?” In both cases as soon as you introduce equipment that would record the answer you change the question.

People should look up mirror box pictures, because they’re awesome. This photographer did a bunch of them a few years ago.
